Crossmembers: I-beams spaced on 12" centers. Extra crossmembers for rear 5' of trailer, minimum.
Floors: 1 3/8" hardwood floor with steel threshold plate.
Interior Lining: Sides 1/2" plywood with 6" scuff liner above and 26" scuff liner below e-track.
Lights & Wiring: 7-way A.T.A., 12 volt, shock mounted lights.
Paint: Front and side sheets are protected against corrosion with a baked-on finish.
Undercoating: 22,500 lbs. minimum rated beam capacity per axle.
Rear Door: Heavy duty five-hinge overhead rear door.

CHASSIS

Coupler, Upper: Full-width, heavy-gauge top and bottom plates; high tensile steel for maximum resistance to fatigue; 4 1/4" depth, minimum.
Kingpin: 36" location; one-piece forged high tensile alloy steel.
Mud Flaps: Anti-sail rubber.
Supports: Heavy duty 2-speed, steel sand shoes; heavy mounting surfaces and rugged braces assure maximum strength to withstand loading from any angle.
Suspension: Sliding tandem. Fixed available.
Tires: 295/75R 22.5" radials.
