Official Rules for the GE-Trailer Fleet Services' Premier Services I-Pod Drawing

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER: To opt-in to the Premier Services "Get In The Rhythm" I-Pod drawing, go to www.trailerservices.com and log on using your user Id and password. To be eligible, you must log on to the Premier Services website at least once between December 10, 2007 and January 11, 2008,11:59:59pm EST. Limit: One entry per eligible person. Logging on more than one time will not increase your odds of winning. Trailer Fleet Services is not responsible for any technical difficulties resulting from your company's internet connection.

PRIZES. Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will take place on or about January 21, 2008 Three(3)Winners will receive an Apple I-Pod Shuffle. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. Prizes are not transferable. Equipment Services reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any featured prize(s) become unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY. This Drawing is open to eligible to all active Premier Services Users. Residing within the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada. Eligible Premier Services Users are those who have an active Premier Services account. Active means the account has been accessed at least once between December 10, 2007 and January 11, 2008. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By entering the Drawing, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Trailer Fleet Services, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors and advertising/promotional agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any loss, damage, or expense which may arise out of participating in the Drawing or accepting, using or possessing a prize. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the respective decisions of Trailer Fleet Services.

WINNERS. Prize winners will be notified by email, telephone and/or mail, and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within 10 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Trailer Fleet Services. Failure to respond with in the applicable time period may result in forfeiture of prize and Trailer Fleet Services shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. If prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, Trailer Fleet Services will attempt to award the prize to the next-eligible runner-up, but unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

In the event any portion of this Drawing is compromised by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of Trailer Fleet Services which, in the sole opinion of Trailer Fleet Services, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Drawing, Trailer Fleet Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Drawing and award the prizes to winners randomly selected from among entries received prior to the compromise. Trailer Fleet Services is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, nor other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Trailer Fleet Services reserves the right to terminate an entrant's eligibility to participate in the Drawing. Trailer Fleet Services is not responsible for any problem with a Drawing entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure.
